Some of these include, Resident Student Task Force (chair), Student Waste/Energy Conservation Committee, Hispanic Heritage Committee, Healthy Campus Task Force, FIU Gospel Choir (founder and advisor), Sigma Alpha Iota/Lambda Omicron Chapter (mentor/advisor), Holiday Celebration for Children (planner, host, emcee), and various others. There, Lady Felecia also chaired the Youth Council that consisted of youth and adults who provided input and assistance in the programmatic activities, budgeting, and planning for the youth programs. Lady Felecia also served in similar roles at Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church for approximately 9 years where she instituted and assisted in the planning of many new programs and activities to enhance the youth's education and knowledge, including various youth conferences, college road trips, competitions, and other fun educational growth components. Lady Felecia has always been actively fulfilling her passion of working with teens. The Top Teens of America program has rejuvenated her energy level even more as she works with some of the brightest and driven Teens in the South Dade area. Along with the Top Teens, Lady Felecia enjoys working alongside the awesome Service to Youth Advisor Team, who exhibits the same passion for impacting youth.  Many of these Ladies serve as teachers, principles, police officers, business owners and various other positions of leadership and service.
