"Top Teens are not only
tomorrow's leadership, they
impact as leaders today."
Our Top Teens of America (TTA), sponsored by Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. (TLOD) Southern Pearls Miami-Dade Chapter, is a youth organization serving the community in a creative, inspiring, and impactful way through programs and projects, that promote educational, social, moral, cultural, and economic development
for youth in today's society. Through the TTA program, skills and potential are unlocked within each Teen to ensure that they are empowered to fulfill their individual desires, careers, and aspirations.
Top Teens plan, run their own meetings, and lead the chapter teen to teen. The TTA program prepares the Teens for the workplace, for leading their own businesses or organizations, for college, and it provides scholarship and intern opportunities, while also equipping them to be prominent leaders in the community. TTA offers Teens an avenue to build confidence, a platform to stand up and have a voice to be able to share their inner thoughts and to make a positive difference in the world.
The TTA motto is "Participation is our foundation as leaders of tomorrow." Top Teens of America (TTA) have enjoyed a rich legacy for over 50 years of serving the community, assisting those in need, and building leaders.
